Burgundy (Standard)
Beetroot with a globe-shaped root, smooth skin and an excellent earthy flavour. Easy to grow, beetroot is a great vegetable for beginners and experienced gardeners, the best time to harvest this variety is when they are young and no bigger than a golf ball. They are fantastic for boiling, picking, eating cold with salads or roasting.
Candy Striped Beetroot
Italian favourite, with unusual pink and white rings when the roots are sliced. Has a lovely mild flavour and takes less time to cook when compared to other beetroots. Great for adding interest to salads. Suitable for freezing.
Gold Beetroot
An attractive copper skinned hybrid beetroot with globe shaped roots and beautiful orange coloured sweet flesh that fully retains it colour after cooking.
White Beetroot
he beetroot, as well as the roots have a fantastic sweet and tender flavour. Great taste and won't stain anything red!
